😯 Lessons From the Frontlines. The CFTC’s lawsuit against Ooki has inspired a continuously growing army of support for the DAO. While the CFTC’s action shows that regulators intend to control web3 protocols and hold operators accountable by examining technical and business control, the fight continues.
🔒 Safety in Numbers. The blockchain sector – including DAOs – takes a hit with every exploit or hack. One way to proactively prevent such a breach is by using multisignature cryptocurrency wallets to keep DAOs treasuries more secure. Thanks to Tahem Verma of Mesha for this explainer.
🦊 MetaMask Grants. ConsenSys introduced MetaMask Grants DAO, which will issue $2.4 million in grants annually to developers outside of ConsenSys who build impactful experiences within the MetaMask ecosystem.
