🎞️ BlockchainBusters - ‘Space Junk’ is the newest animated TV series from web3 entertainment studio Toonstar, which is building the future of interactive storytelling through community-driven, animated NFT projects that give creators and fans creative control.
🏛️ Government Adoption - California’s Santa Cruz County is one of the latest - or earliest - to adopt and implement blockchain-based solutions on a government level. The county will partner with data transactions firm HUMBL to integrate blockchain-based digital wallet technology with local government services.
🚀 C2C Crypto - Starting this month, PayPal will allow its more than 60 million US-based Venmo customers buy and send cryptocurrency to another Venmo user or external wallet.
💳 Cross-Border Crypto, Officially - Mastercard has unveiled the Mastercard Crypto Credential, a set of common standards aimed at elevating user verification and compliance and ultimately allowing for cross-border transactions.
🌥️ Powerhouse Partnership - Google Cloud will be the strategic cloud provider for Polygon protocols in efforts to make it easier to build, launch, and grow web3 products and dApps. Under a new partnership agreement, Google Cloud will bring its fully managed node hosting service to the Polygon ecosystem.
🪸 Climate-Friendly NFTs - Distinguished European web3 photography platform Rhapsody Curated revealed its collaboration with renowned fine art photographers Yann Arthus-Bertrand, Namsa Leuba, and Nicolas Henry, whose works will be minted as NFTs to heighten climate change awareness.

💸 Trustful - Fluree, a web3 data management and digital trust startup providing a data-centric architecture that simplifies governance, consolidates security, and provides secure access to clean and linked data, has raised a $10M funding round led by SineWave Ventures.
🪙 Smart(er) Wallet - Crypto wallet startup Giddy has raised $6.9M in new funding, led by Pelion Venture Partners, to bring crypto adoption to the masses through its “recoverable self-custody smart wallet technology.”
💦 Let it Pour - Cata Labs raised $4.2M in seed funding, led by Spartan Group, to build a cross-chain bridge that aims to solve the issue of liquidity fragmentation - amongst other goals - by making it easier for blockchains to communicate and transact with each other.
🔒 Building Security - ARPA Network has secured a multi-million dollar strategic investment from DWF Labs. Together, they aim to transform the blockchain landscape and usher in new privacy, security, and fairness standards.
