🖼️ Art for Good - Sotheby’s and UnicornDAO is celebrating International Women’s Day by auctioning NFTs featuring work from several traditional and web3-native female artists. Pussy Riot creator Nadya Tolokonnikov curated the collection titled My Body, My Business. Planned Parenthood and other reproductive healthcare organizations will benefit from the auction’s proceeds.
♀️ Girl (em)Power - In How Blockchain Empowers Women in Developing Economies, author Shailey Singh shows how blockchain technology has the potential to improve financial inclusion for women by introducing multiple web3 initiatives working to expand economic opportunities for women around the world.

⚖️ Limited Liability DAO (LLD) - The “Industry” state is living up to its heritage. The State Legislature passed the Utah DAO Act, granting DAOs legal recognition, limited liability protections, and avenues for decentralization and anonymity.
🎩 Leadership Accelerator - Blockchain news platform Cointelegraph announced a partnership with web3 venture studio Verum Capital to provide new founders and startups with mentorship, educational and professional resources and networks, and technology skills, via the Cointelegraph Accelerator to help launch the next generation of web3 projects.
🌶️ On Your Marks, Get Set - Blockchain-based sports platform Chiliz is launching Chiliz Labs, a $50 million incubator and accelerator program targeting early-stage projects in the sports and entertainment industries that build on Chiliz’s layer one blockchain.
🆔 Anonymous Identity - Polygon launched a privacy-enhanced identification product using zero-knowledge (ZK) technology that allows web3 users to verify their identities or credentials without revealing sensitive information.
🇨🇭 Safety First - Swiss-based Safe, a self-custody infrastructure provider previously known as Gnosis Safe, launched Core, a development stack with payments giant Stripe, Gelato, and web3auth. Developers are invited to create the next generation of web3 apps with robust security standards and a smoother user interface.
🎨 Everyone’s an Artist - Binance’s NFT marketplace users are getting creative with artificial intelligence (AI)-powered NFT generator Bicasso, where users can create NFTs by inputting a creative prompt or uploading an image. These images can then be minted as NFTs on Binance’s native BNBchain.
Global Adoption
🇷🇺 Asian Adoption - Moscow Credit Bank has issued the country’s first blockchain-based guarantee to use the Chinese yuan as currency. The transaction was made using Russia’s national blockchain network, Masterchain.
💳 Direct Debit - Latin American crypto exchange Bitso has launched a debit card in collaboration with Mastercard. Similarly, Dubai-based Bybit launched the Bybit Debit Card, also powered by Mastercard, enabling users to make payments and withdraw cash from their cryptocurrency holdings.

Portal’s wallet infrastructure and decentralized application (dapp) store serves as an entryway to web3 by enabling projects to become a web3-enabled app.
